Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jammu. As a Marketing Staff member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote academy programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, and executing marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets. Additionally, you will ensure exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with potential candidates and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and understanding key trends
• Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
• Knowledge and experience in Sales processes
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus
