Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Order Execution:

Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.

Enquiry Closing:

Ensure all quotations are prepared and sent to clients before the committed date.
Follow up on all enquiries to close opportunities effectively.

Customer Feedback Collection:

Implement a systematic approach to gather feedback from customers to enhance service delivery and product offerings.

Marketing Meetings:

Conduct regular marketing meetings to review enquiry registers and analyze order closures.
Generate actionable reports to support decision-making and strategy formulation.

QMS Implementation:

Provide necessary resources and support for the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Performance Appraisal:

Conduct regular performance appraisals for the marketing team, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.

Report Generation:

Develop comprehensive reports for marketing follow-ups with all customers, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Customer Database Maintenance:

Maintain and update the customer database to ensure current and accurate contact information and engagement history.

Marketing Activity Planning:

Plan and schedule marketing activities on a monthly and weekly basis, allocating resources effectively to meet objectives.

Communication Liaison:

Serve as the primary communication link between customers and the technical team, ensuring customer needs and technical specifications are aligned.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and enhance revenue growth.
