Job Description

Job Title:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns:
    • Plan, develop, and execute a wide range of marketing campaigns across various channels, including online (social media, email, search engine marketing, display advertising, content marketing) and offline (public relations, partnerships, events such as exhibitions, conferences, forums, etc.).
    • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage social media presence:
    • Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
    • Create engaging content (text, images, videos) to attract and retain followers.
    • Monitor social media conversations and respond to customer inquiries and comments promptly.
  • Content marketing:
    • Create high-quality content related to the business lines (blog posts, articles, etc.) to attract organic traffic and establish thought leadership.
    • Collaborate with content creators and influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility in search engine results.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and bounce rates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Email marketing:
    • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote special offers, and drive customer engagement.
    • Manage email lists and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
  • Public relations and partnerships:
    • Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and media outlets such as Press, etc.
    • Explore and pursue potential partnerships with other related companies and organizations.
  • Market research and analysis:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Budget management:
    • Create optimized marketing budget and seek management approvals
    • Manage marketing budget effectively keeping all marketing activities within budget.

Marketing Specialist Role:

  • Create marketing content (including presentations) to contact Travel Agents.
  • Contact Travel Agents and onboard them to the portal.
  • Create content/Ads for tour guides (Group Leaders), contact them and onboard them to portal.
  • Create content to attract end-users.
  • Prepare presentations and marketing material for participation in travel exhibitions across the globe.

Expert Solution Portal

  • Create content to attract and experts in various disciplines across the globe.
  • Contact experts to register them in Expert Solution portal.
  • Create content to market the portal to end-users.

Both Portals

  • Monitor and analyze marketing efforts and make changes.
  • Make marketing plan for the whole year and execute.
  • Make seasonal changes as necessary to take advantage of natural events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+

    years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns using digital channels (email, social media).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and ability to optimize website content for search engines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking with a strong ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Tours and Travel industry.
  • Experience in marketing of digital products and / or service-oriented e-platforms.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience in organizing and participating events such as exhibitions, conferences, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS).
  • Project management skills.
  • Multi-lingual - preferably with conversational knowledge of Arabic, English and any other language
