As a Marketing Web & Operations Specialist at Netenrich, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing technology and digital presence. Your primary focus will be on developing our website while also contributing to various marketing operations tasks. Here is a breakdown of what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - **HubSpot Web Development:** Take charge of developing, maintaining, and optimizing our corporate website using the HubSpot CMS Hub. This includes creating responsive landing pages, email templates, and web pages. - **Marketing Automation:** Build and oversee marketing automation workflows such as lead nurturing sequences, lead scoring models, and internal notifications to support the lead lifecycle effectively. - **MarTech Management & Integration:** Act as the technical liaison for our MarTech stack. Manage and troubleshoot integrations between our marketing and sales systems to ensure smooth data flow. - **Campaign Support:** Provide technical assistance to the marketing team by creating complex campaign assets, implementing tracking scripts, and optimizing digital properties for data capture and analytics. - **Website Optimization:** Collaborate with the SEO specialist to implement technical SEO recommendations and consistently enhance website performance, speed, and user experience. **Your Qualifications:** - 3-5 years of technical marketing experience, with expertise in web development, marketing operations, or similar roles. - **Mandatory:** Demonstrated experience in developing and managing websites using the HubSpot CMS Hub, with a strong command of its templating language. - Solid front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in building and managing automation within a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot. - Familiarity with managing integrations between marketing systems like core marketing automation to CRM sync, API connections, and integration platforms. - Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills across the MarTech stack. - Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
