Job Description

As a Marketing Web & Operations Specialist at Netenrich, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the marketing technology and digital presence of the organization. Your primary focus will be on the technical development of the company's website, while also contributing to various aspects of marketing operations. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - **HubSpot Web Development:** Take ownership of developing, maintaining, and optimizing the corporate website on the HubSpot CMS Hub. This includes creating responsive and high-performing landing pages, email templates, and web pages. - **Marketing Automation:** Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, such as lead nurturing sequences, lead scoring models, and internal notifications, to support the complete lead lifecycle. - **MarTech Management & Integration:** Act as the technical point of contact for the MarTech stack. Manage and troubleshoot integrations between core marketing and sales systems to ensure smooth data flow. - **Campaign Support:** Provide technical support to the marketing team by creating complex campaign assets, implementing tracking scripts, and optimizing all digital properties for data capture and analytics. - **Website Optimization:** Collaborate with the SEO specialist to implement technical SEO recommendations and continually enhance website performance, speed, and user experience. Your qualifications should include: - 3-5 years of experience in a technical marketing role, such as web development, marketing operations, or similar. - **Mandatory:** Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and managing websites on the HubSpot CMS Hub, with a strong proficiency in its templating language. - Solid front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience in building and managing automation within a marketing automation platform, with a preference for expertise in HubSpot. - Familiarity with managing integrations between marketing systems, such as core marketing automation to CRM sync, API connections, and integration platforms. - Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues across the MarTech stack. - Capability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
