Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist - Healthcare, based in Chennai. The Marketing Specialist will conduct market research, develop and execute marketing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Prvnt's services. The role also includes creating strategies to enhance customer engagement, supporting sales efforts, and delivering high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex healthcare concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and develop effective campaigns.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to establish and maintain client relationships and support client needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with relevant marketing tools and platforms.
