Marketing & Sales Executive (Industrial Furnaces)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and presentable Marketing & Sales Executive to drive business growth, handle technical customer interactions, and manage small-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, and open to travel across India to meet clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in ceramic, automotive, and allied industries.
• Communicate technical product features and benefits to prospective clients (training will be provided).
• Support the execution of small-scale client projects, from inquiry to delivery coordination.
• Travel up to 10 days a month outside Bangalore for meetings, site visits, and exhibitions.
• Represent Silcarb at trade shows and industry events.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English; other Indian languages are a plus.
• Presentable, confident, and professional in client-facing roles.
• Ability to understand and explain basic technical concepts.
• Comfortable with monthly travel for client visits.
• Must be available to join immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Ceramics).
• Experience in industrial furnace sales or similar technical products is advantageous.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
