Marketing & Sales Executive ( Female)

Core Technical and Software Skills

• ​CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Proficiency: Experience utilizing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
• ​Data Management (Excel): Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, list management, reporting, and creating insightful charts/graphs.
• ​Inside Sales Techniques: Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle remotely, including qualification, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• ​Marketing Automation (MA) Familiarity: Basic experience with MA tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo) for campaign execution, lead scoring, and tracking email performance.
• ​Digital Content Tools: Ability to use basic design or content management systems (CMS) for quick updates to websites or marketing materials.

​Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• ​Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Clear, professional, and persuasive communication skills for cold outreach, presentation delivery, and internal collaboration.
• ​Active Listening: The ability to fully focus on, understand, and respond appropriately to customer needs and concerns.
• ​Presentation Skills: Confidence and clarity in presenting products or solutions to individuals or small groups.
• ​Negotiation and Persuasion: Skill in handling objections and driving favorable outcomes while maintaining positive client relationships.

• ​Lead Generation & Qualification: Strong aptitude for identifying, researching, and qualifying potential business opportunities (prospects).
