Marketing Promoters

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Promoters to join our team. The primary responsibility is to actively promote our brand, products, and services to prospective customers, drive footfall or traffic, and increase sales through direct interaction and field marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand positively at various locations (e.g., retail stores, exhibitions, outdoor campaigns, malls, events).
• Engage with potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and samples.
• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Collect customer data for follow-up or sales conversion.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to the marketing team.
• Set up promotional stands or kiosks and maintain a clean, attractive presentation.
• Meet assigned sales targets or lead generation goals.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or business is a plus.
• Prior experience in promotions, field marketing, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to engage strangers comfortably.
• Willingness to travel or work at various sites as required.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or data collection apps.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
• Fluency in English is a plus and should know Local language as well.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
