Role & responsibilities Managing our Instagram and social media accounts Creating reels, posts, and engaging content Building tie-ups with corporate companies & event planners Brainstorming and executing marketing campaigns Bringing in fresh ideas to promote the salon Preferred candidate profile 1. Social Media Management Experience with Instagram , especially: Posting stories, reels, and posts Writing engaging captions Using trending music and hashtags Basic understanding of Instagram insights & analytics 2. Content Creation Ability to shoot and edit short videos & reels (even basic mobile editing apps like InShot or CapCut) Basic design using Canva or similar Eye for beauty, layout, and brand consistency 3. Marketing Strategy Brainstorming and executing local marketing ideas (e.g. influencer visits, festive offers, giveaway collabs) Planning promotions or package offers Understanding customer psychology: What attracts walk-ins or corporate clients? 4. Corporate Tie-Ups / B2B Outreach Confident communication (email & phone) to reach out to: Offices for wellness days Wedding/event planners Apartment groups or clubs Maintaining a basic database or follow-up tracker 5. Branding & PR Thinking about how the salon is seen and remembered Engaging with influencers or bloggers for collabs Responding to Google / Instagram reviews professionally
