1. Job Purpose

To promote the eye hospital’s services, increase patient footfall, build strong referral networks, and enhance brand visibility through field marketing, doctor engagement, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach activities.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Field Marketing & Lead Generation

• Conduct daily visits to ophthalmologists, optometrists, optical shops, clinics, and general physicians for referral generation.
• Visit schools, colleges, corporates, senior citizen groups, and local communities for eye screening awareness.
• Promote hospital services such as cataract surgery, retina services, glaucoma, pediatric ophthalmology, LASIK, etc.
• Generate leads, convert referrals into patient visits, and meet monthly targets.

2. Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing (Eye hospital experience is a plus)
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
