Job Title: Marketing Officer (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Summary

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the companys manufacturing products, strengthen brand presence, and support sales growth. The role involves market research, product positioning, lead generation, content creation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase product visibility and market share.
  • Support product launches through strategic campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist in setting marketing budgets and monitoring campaign ROI.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze industry data to support product development and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare market insights reports for management.

3. Branding & Communication

  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Create and manage content for brochures, catalogues, website, social media, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and external agencies for marketing collateral.

4. Digital Marketing

  • Manage company website updates, SEO activities, and online product promotions.
  • Run targeted digital campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and industry portals.
  • Track digital analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Sales Support & Lead Generation

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing materials and product knowledge.
  • Generate qualified leads through events, exhibitions, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain customer databases and support CRM activities.

6. Events & Trade Shows

  • Plan and organize participation in industry events, trade fairs, and product demos.
  • Coordinate booth layout, displays, and promotional giveaways.
  • Prepare post-event reports and follow-up strategies.

7. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to understand product features and advantages.
  • Support customer inquiries and provide product-related information when needed.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Experience with B2B marketing is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of industrial products and manufacturing market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
