Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute end-to-end marketing strategy (brand, growth, and performance).
• Drive digital marketing across social media, content, SEO, and funnels.
• Create and manage brand positioning, storytelling, and campaigns.
• Support lead generation for B2C and B2B (subscriptions, programs, partnerships).
• Work closely with product, nutrition, kitchen, and tech teams for launches.
• Track metrics, experiments, and growth insights to refine strategies.

• Hands-on experience with content, campaigns, funnels, and analytics.
• Startup mindset: ownership-driven, execution-focused, and adaptable.
• Interest or experience in food, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.
  

Equity Structure (Important)

• 34 discussion rounds to define ownership scope and impact areas.
• 1-month NDA-based cohort to assess execution, alignment, and collaboration.
• Post cohort ? Equity Agreement.
• Equity formally allotted after funding & Pvt. Ltd. registration.
• 5-year vesting with performance-linked milestones.
