Job Profile: Marketing Office Executive (Female)
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Gender Preference: Female Only
Employment Type: Full-Time (Office Work Only)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Handling (Office-Based):

Welcome walk-in clients, understand their requirements, and provide accurate information about real estate projects and properties.

  • Marketing Desk Coordination:

Handle all office-based marketing activities including client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.

  • Inbound & Outbound Calling:

Attend incoming calls and make follow-up calls to prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns.

  • Client Communication & Counselling:

Communicate clearly with clients regarding pricing, availability, project details, payment terms, and basic documentation.

  • Lead Management:

Maintain and update client lead data, inquiry records, and follow-up status on a daily basis.

  • Walk-in Inquiry Conversion Support:

Support the sales team by engaging clients professionally and directing them towards site visits or further discussions when required.

  • Marketing Data Entry & Reporting:

Prepare daily inquiry reports, call logs, and follow-up reports for management review.

  • Coordination with Sales & Site Team:

Coordinate with sales managers and site marketing teams to pass on genuine leads and customer requirements.

  • Promotional Activity Support:

Assist in office-based promotional activities such as handling brochures, project presentations, and client information kits.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

Build a positive first impression with clients and maintain good professional relationships to enhance brand image.

  • Basic Documentation Handling:

Support in handling basic forms, inquiry sheets, booking forms (initial level only).

  • Office Front Desk Management:

Ensure smooth functioning of the marketing office reception area and client seating arrangements.

  • Professional Office Conduct:

Maintain professional behavior, dress code, and communication standards at all times.

  • Coordination with Management:

Update management regularly regarding daily client visits, inquiries, and feedback received.

  • Support During Events / Campaigns:

Assist during promotional campaigns, exhibitions, or special marketing drives (office coordination only).

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Excellent communication & client-handling skills
  • Confident personality with presentable appearance
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Ability to explain projects clearly and politely
  • Smart, responsible & customer-friendly approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate
  • Experience in Real Estate / Marketing Office / Front Desk / Client Coordination preferred
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
