Marketing – Manga Anime EXPOSURE

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Marketing & PR professional with a deep understanding of anime, manga, or Japanese pop culture. This role involves promoting manga/anime-related content, building brand awareness, and engaging fan communities across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for manga/anime titles and events
• Handle PR communications, press releases, and media outreach
• Manage social media campaigns and fan engagement
• Collaborate with influencers, artists, and creators
• Track analytics and optimize performance of digital campaigns
• Support content localization and international promotion efforts

Requirements:

• Proven marketing/PR experience (entertainment or publishing is a plus)
• Passionate about manga, anime, or Japanese pop culture
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with fan communities, platforms (Discord, Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
• Understanding of trends in the anime/manga industry
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Bonus Points:
• Japanese language skills
• Experience with anime/manga licensing or distribution
• Prior work with conventions, fan events, or influencer partnerships
