Job Description

A strong sense of ownership, creative thinking The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving strategy, planning, and execution across a portfolio of restaurant brands. Reporting to the Marketing Head, this role translates brand goals into impactful campaigns that enhance visibility, footfall, and customer engagement. The role oversees end-to-end execution from campaign planning and content development to on-ground activations and performance analysis working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Campaigns & Strategy

  • Drive the execution of 360 brand campaigns, new menu launches, seasonal promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment with brand tone, visual identity, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.
  • Conduct hygiene checks across all brand assets and communications; flag delays or issues proactively.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to improve future marketing efforts.

2. BTL & On-Ground Activations

  • Collaborate with Operations, Events, and Community teams to plan and execute impactful BTL activities.
  • Curate partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and footfall.
  • Ensure high-quality execution and cost efficiency of activations.
  • Negotiate and manage collaborations with partner brands, influencers, and event platforms.

3. Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage monthly and annual marketing budgets in alignment with brand goals.
  • Track spends, handle POs/invoices, and maintain complete documentation.
  • Ensure vendor contracts are optimized for cost and service quality.
  • Share performance and budget reports with Brand Manager/Head on a regular basis.

4. PR, Content & Creative

  • Develop creative briefs and review content across digital, print, in-store, and performance campaigns.
  • Work with PR agencies and internal teams to secure media coverage and build brand reputation.
  • Ensure content is engaging, brand-aligned, and tailored to each platform.
  • Contribute to influencer campaigns, shoot planning, and content approvals.
