The Marketing Manager here must combine creativity, commerce, and brand sensitivity. 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Building & Positioning• Develop brand strategies that reflect Sahaa’s emotional tone and vintage-modern aesthetic. • Build storytelling campaigns around collections (e.g., Letters to the Saree Girl, Modern Maharani). • Manage visual consistency across shoots, reels, and website. Content & Campaign Management• Plan and supervise lookbook shoots, styling, and brand films. • Ideate campaign concepts (festive drops, new launches, influencer campaigns). • Develop engaging content in sync with the brand's poetic, emotional tone. Social Media & Community Building• Plan and schedule daily content across Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and Threads. • Engage with followers via DMs, comments, polls, and lives. • Collaborate with micro-influencers, stylists, and saree communities. Website & E-Commerce Marketing• Coordinate product launches with timely product descriptions and banners. • Optimize the website for SEO and user experience. • Track traffic, conversions, and bounce rates using Google Analytics. Collaborations & PR• Identify potential collabs with creators, dancers, and artists who align with Sahaa’s spirit. • Write press notes, pitch to lifestyle/fashion media, and manage PR relationships. Offline Presence• Organize pop-ups, exhibitions, and styling events in Bangalore and other cities. • Create an on-ground brand experience that mirrors the softness and nostalgia of Sahaa.
