Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and execute reputation management initiatives to maintain a positive brand image within Google, Trustpilot and BBB.
  • Leverage experience with US direct mail campaigns, including understanding of tracking methodologies, data companies, printing processes, and mailing logistics.
  • Oversee and manage email marketing journeys, including list segmentation, content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking using relevant analytics tools.
  • Develop and manage SMS marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage marketing activities, track campaign performance, and integrate with sales efforts.
  • Leverage Tableau or similar data visualization tools to generate insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Provide marketing support for ISO (Independent Sales Organization) partners, including the development of marketing materials and support for promotional activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team in India to ensure alignment on marketing strategies, lead generation targets, and the effective implementation of marketing tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the US.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies as needed.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Experience with reputation management principles and tools.
  • Understanding of US direct mail campaign concepts, tracking, data management, and production.
  • Strong proficiency in managing and optimizing email marketing journeys and SMS campaigns, including tracking and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce for marketing automation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
  • Experience in providing marketing support to sales teams or partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a leader within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services or commercial finance sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms beyond Salesforce, such as Pardot.
  • Knowledge of US marketing regulations and compliance.
