Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote Ridhiras real estate projects, wellness resorts, and experiences. Lead performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and customer acquisition. Build brand visibility through digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content creation. Oversee PR, media planning, partnerships, influencer engagement, and event marketing initiatives. Manage and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance; generate actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, project development) to ensure message alignment and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with creative agencies and vendors for campaign deliverables. Manage website updates, landing pages, and CRM tools to improve customer journeys. Champion the brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors. Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or equivalent. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
