Qualification

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).

   – Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, email, and traditional marketing.
• Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and overall marketing communications.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Desired profile of the candidate

5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in FMCG Industries.
