Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Thane Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Lead Experience: 5 to 8 years Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital and traditional marketing tools, team leadership, and campaign management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Plan and execute campaigns across digital, offline, and social media platforms Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to support go-to-market initiatives Manage and mentor a team of marketing executives, designers, or interns Track campaign performance using key metrics; report on ROI and insights Lead marketing calendar planning for product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Stay updated with market trends, competition, and customer insights Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position Proven track record of successful campaign execution and team leadership Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, analytics) Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc. Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills Creative thinker with a strong sense of brand
