Job Description:

Punjabiyaat, a renowned Restaurant and Banquet located in Dum Dum Cantonment, Kolkata, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have experience in restaurant or banquet marketing, with a strong ability to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and banquet services.
• Create and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns (social media, local advertising, events).
• Increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic to the restaurant and bookings for the banquet hall.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
• Organize promotional events, offers, and deals to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media for cross-promotion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the restaurant or banquet industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and offline marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities to execute innovative campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
