Job Description

As a Marketing Manager for Shoe & Bag Finish Chemicals, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, building client relationships, providing on-site technical support, and collaborating with internal teams to align product development with market needs. You should have 10-15 years of experience in selling and providing technical service for shoe finish chemicals, preferably with companies like Kenda, Stahl, Meltonian, Fenice, Girba, or Paule. Your educational background should include technical qualifications in leather/shoe manufacturing or related fields. Your skills should include comprehensive knowledge of leather/shoe manufacturing processes and finishing techniques, strong connections with brands and stakeholders in the industry, proficiency in English (spoken and written), and computer skills (e.g., MS Office). This role offers a competitive salary package of 8-10 lacs per annum (depending on experience and qualifications) and is based in either North India (Agra) or South India (Chennai).
