Marketing Manager- Apartments

As a Marketing Manager in the real estate sector, your primary responsibility will be to plan and execute marketing strategies to promote apartment projects effectively. You will conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Additionally, you will be required to organize and participate in property expos and on-site events to showcase the projects to potential customers. Generating and following up on leads through various online platforms, tele-calling, and site visits will be a crucial part of your role. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and brokers is essential for successful collaboration. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating project listings on property portals regularly and monitoring campaign performance to prepare marketing reports. Furthermore, you will handle walk-in clients at the site office, providing them with detailed information about the project. Collaborating closely with the sales team to support lead conversion will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate marketing is preferred for this position. This is a full-time position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus.
