Marketing Lead Intern

As a Marketing Lead Intern at Artisaga, a B2B wholesale design and sourcing platform connecting retailers globally with artisans in India, your primary responsibility will be to showcase Indian craftsmanship to the world. You will play a crucial role in developing an end-to-end marketing strategy to acquire customers on a global scale. Your tasks will involve immersing yourself in the wholesale ecosystem to identify and digitally connect with buying teams of retailers and store owners worldwide. By engaging with Indian artisans, you will provide them with insights on future trends and requirements set by retailers, facilitating direct sales in the international market. Working closely with the Founder, Nidhi Mantri, you will lead marketing initiatives that include identifying and collecting data on retailers and stores in key markets such as the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. You will devise an email marketing strategy to target potential customers, understand their sourcing needs, and present Artisaga's products through catalogs. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up follow-up communications to acquire identified potential customers and identifying suitable trade shows, both online and offline, to showcase Artisaga's offerings. This is a full-time 3-month internship opportunity that may lead to permanent employment based on your performance. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about promoting Indian craftsmanship globally and contributing to the growth of a startup. Qualifications: - M.B.A. (International Marketing) student from reputed universities - Fresh graduates with 0-1 year of experience in international marketing - Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in B2B marketing internships or jobs Location: Preference will be given to candidates from Mumbai and its suburbs. Please note that successful candidates will need to relocate to Mumbai for this opportunity. The position offers a stipend along with commissions for each new customer acquired.
