About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end operations of real estate aggregators and property listing platforms 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform stakeholders 3. Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through Housing, 99 Acres, OLX, Facebook etc 4. Implement tracking systems to monitor lead funnel from acquisition to conversion 5. Analyze data to optimize lead generation strategies and maximize ROI 6. Design and implement BTL marketing strategies to support online efforts 7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate BTL activities 8. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners and platform representatives 9. Utilize Excel, Google Sheets and other tools to create performance reports 10. Identify issues, analyze data and implement solutions proactively 11. Present findings and recommendations to leadership team Requirements: 1. Possess 3-4 years of relevant experience 2. Demonstrate experience managing real estate aggregators and listing platforms 3. Show proven success in online lead generation and conversion 4. Have BTL marketing strategy experience 5. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills 6. Apply proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and data-reporting tools 7.
