Key Responsibilities:1. Social Media Management

● Assist in managing and scheduling posts across all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Amazon.).

● Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to suggest improvements.

● Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and stories to build community engagement.

● Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure visually appealing and on-brand posts.

2. Work Under the Guidance of the Marketing Head

● Closely coordinate with the Marketing Team Head for daily tasks, weekly targets, and long-term brand goals.

● Attend weekly review meetings and give updates on assigned tasks.

● Be open to learning, brainstorming, and actively participating in marketing strategy discussions.

3. Offline Marketing Activities

● Be 100% available for all offline marketing campaigns including:

○ Pop-up events

○ College activations

○ In-store promotions

○ Sponsorship activities or collaborations

○ Assist in logistics, coordination, and real-time execution on-ground.

4. Shoot Planning & Coordination

● Prepare call sheets with shoot details, timing, talent list, wardrobe, and crew.

● Conduct recces (location visits) ahead of shoots and provide detailed reports.

● Assist during shoots – coordination, time management, and ensuring smooth execution.

5. Digital Marketing Exposure

● Support in basic digital marketing activities like:

○ Email campaign coordination

○ Influencer outreach and communication

○ Paid ad campaign support (if trained or willing to learn)

● Research and report performance insights and market trends.

6. Deadline-Oriented Execution

● Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery with a focus on quality.

● Maintain organized checklists and reports to track daily activities and campaign status.

● Flag issues early and seek support from the team to avoid delays.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

● Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.

● Strong interest or prior internship experience in digital marketing.

● Excellent verbal and written communication.

● Familiar with tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Instagram Insights, etc.

● Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player with a "get-things-done" with quality attitude.

● Must be open to travel and be present during offline/on-ground campaigns or shoots.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹1.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
