Marketing & Influencer Management Lead

As a Marketing & Influencer Management Lead at Shyfts, your role will involve designing, executing, and scaling the brand & influencer marketing strategies. You will be responsible for owning influencer relationships, campaign ideation, performance tracking, and ensuring cross-functional alignment with the brand, operations, and content teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in hosting brand events and fostering a strong community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Onboard relevant influencers who align with Shyfts" brand values and target audience. - Ideate, plan, and execute influencer campaigns across various scales (micro, macro, nano) from conceptualization to completion. - Monitor campaign performance, ensure timely delivery, and effectively manage budgets. - Develop Shyft's ambassador programs, affiliates, and community initiatives. - Plan and oversee small-scale events for Shyft's community, taking ownership of the entire event process including ideation, stakeholder communication, internal coordination, and event marketing. **Qualifications:** - 3-6 years of prior experience in events, partnerships, and influencer marketing. - Demonstrated ability to generate innovative marketing ideas, foster collaborations, and prioritize impact-first strategies. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. - Passion for health, sports, nutrition, and fitness.
