Marketing Head - Food Service

As a Marketing Manager at Kerry, your role will involve driving growth through marketing deliverables for the Food Service division across India Subcontinent. You will work closely with the Food Services General Manager and the wider commercial team to develop insights, lead marketing initiatives, and execute the business plan, particularly focusing on the Da Vinci Gourmet (DVG) brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a localized India Subcontinent foodservice plan, aligned with the overall business strategy - Support best-in-class customer engagement experience - Manage the opportunity pipeline for new and existing customers, aligning with strategic plans - Review the success of marketing activation plans for Food Service across India Subcontinent against key performance indicators - Drive demand creation and performance in line with account plans Consumer Insights: - Stay informed of changes in the competitive landscape to design differentiated strategies - Develop a comprehensive understanding of channel dynamics, consumer trends, and key customer positions - Collaborate with the regional insights team to deliver market and consumer insights supporting strategic decisions - Use data to evaluate the success of previous campaigns and recommend corrective actions Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong passion for marketing and food/food technology - Minimum 12 years of experience in FMCG/Food & Beverage marketing or product management in a multinational company - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong analytical skills for consumer, marketing, and sales data analysis - Effective project and time management abilities in a matrix organization - Proficient in consulting, facilitation, and building collaborative partnerships - High energy, proactive approach with a focus on building trust-based relationships across the business This role offers you the opportunity to shape the future of food in a global environment, working towards sustainable nutrition and creating value for customers.
