Job Description

As a Field Marketing Executive for our clothing store, your role will involve promoting the store through offline activities. You will be responsible for increasing customer footfall, spreading brand awareness, and supporting sales growth by directly engaging with people in the local area. Key Responsibilities: - Distribute pamphlets, flyers, and brochures in nearby areas. - Visit markets, colleges, and residential societies for promotions. - Organize small local events and promotional activities around the store. - Interact with customers and encourage them to visit the store. - Assist in festive and seasonal campaigns. - Build positive relationships with customers and local vendors. Requirements: - Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred). - Good communication and convincing skills. - Comfortable with outdoor/field work. - Experience in offline marketing or sales is a plus (Freshers can also apply). - Should be confident, presentable, and energetic. Additional Company Details: The company is located at E107, Industrial Area, Phase 7, Sector 73 Mohali, 160055. Salary & Benefits: - 12,000 -20,000 per month (based on experience). - Extra incentives based on performance. - Opportunity to grow in the fashion retail industry.
