Job Description

Field Promotion & Student Interaction

Visit schools, colleges, and tuition centers to promote coaching programs.
Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and flyers in nearby areas.
Interact with students and parents to explain course details and benefits.
Event & Campaign Management
Support in organizing seminars, career guidance sessions, and demo classes.
Set up stalls or information desks during school fairs or local events.
Lead Generation & Data Collection
Collect contact details of potential students and maintain a daily report.
Follow up with leads through calls, visits, or WhatsApp.
Brand Promotion
Display posters, banners, and hoardings in assigned areas.
Ensure visibility of the institute’s brand in schools, libraries, and public areas.
Market Research
Gather feedback on competitors’ pricing, courses, and promotions.
Suggest marketing ideas to improve student enrollment.
Coordination
Report daily work progress to the Marketing Head or Center Manager.
Coordinate with admission and counseling teams for conversions
