Marketing Executive

We are a leading Gear manufacturing unit in Mysuru looking for Marketing Executives to work in the area of marketing particularly Gears Industry. We are looking to diversify into all industries where gears are used.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote and expand our reach in the gears and shafts market. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of mechanical components, B2B marketing, and industrial sales, with the ability to identify market opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote gears, shafts, and transmission components.
• Identify and target potential customers in industries such as automotive, industrial machinery, agriculture,
• Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and RFQs (Requests for Quotations).
• build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and B2B customers.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years in marketing or sales of industrial products (preferably gears, shafts, or related mechanical components).
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience dealing with OEM clients.

Good Communication skill

Computer Proficiency
Disciplined and able to convince client
