Role Overview
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with Speshally’s goals. You will lead content creation, manage campaigns across platforms, conduct market research, and drive sales through recruitment-related client engagement. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration skills to ensure consistent brand growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Speshally’s mission and business objectives.
Content Creation: Produce engaging content for multiple platforms – social media, website, blogs, newsletters, and pop-ups.
Social Media Management: Plan, manage, and grow Speshally’s presence on social media channels, ensuring timely posting and meaningful interactions.
Brand Management: Maintain consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and event-based initiatives.
Research & Analytics
Market Research: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide strategy and innovation.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for the founders to inform decision-making.
Gifting Solutions
Gifting Design: Designing innovative gifting solutions for clients and events tailored to customer needs.
Collaboration & Growth
Work closely with founders and internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
Support Recruitment Sales: Map and connect with potential clients, onboard them for recruitment services, and build strong business relationships.
Contribute to miscellaneous growth initiatives and ad-hoc activities that support Speshally’s mission.
Qualifications & Skills
Relevant experience in marketing, brand management, and sales.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Proven track record in managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
Experience in client engagement, sales, or recruitment is a plus.
