We are a fast-growing company engaged in the sale and distribution of Smart Security Alarm Systems suitable for homes, offices, shops, and warehouses. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Executives to promote and expand our market reach across districts in Uttar Pradesh through both offline field marketing and online digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit homes, offices, shops, apartments, and warehouses to demonstrate product features.
• Generate local sales leads and convert them into customers .
• Promote the product through WhatsApp, Facebook, local classified websites, and digital tools.
• Distribute marketing material, pamphlets, and coordinate field-level campaigns.
• Regularly follow up with prospects and coordinate with the sales/installation team.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets and maintain reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong communication and selling skills (Hindi/Basic English).
• Should own a two-wheeler and a smartphone (mandatory).
• Experience in field sales / security systems / electronics / CCTV marketing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or local promotion is a plus.
• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Should be reliable, presentable, and ready to travel within assigned districts.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
