Location: Lucknow Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 0–3 Years Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Joining: Immediate We are a fast-growing company engaged in the sale and distribution of Smart Security Alarm Systems suitable for homes, offices, shops, and warehouses. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Executives to promote and expand our market reach across districts in Uttar Pradesh through both offline field marketing and online digital outreach . Key Responsibilities: Visit homes, offices, shops, apartments, and warehouses to demonstrate product features. Generate local sales leads and convert them into customers . Promote the product through WhatsApp, Facebook, local classified websites, and digital tools. Distribute marketing material, pamphlets, and coordinate field-level campaigns. Regularly follow up with prospects and coordinate with the sales/installation team. Achieve assigned monthly targets and maintain reporting. Candidate Requirements: Strong communication and selling skills (Hindi/Basic English). Should own a two-wheeler and a smartphone (mandatory). Experience in field sales / security systems / electronics / CCTV marketing preferred. Basic knowledge of digital marketing or local promotion is a plus. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply. Should be reliable, presentable, and ready to travel within assigned districts.
