Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and building strong brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Shanti Food India’s breakfast cereal products.

· Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

· Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, videos, blogs).

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and optimize strategies for better results.

· Collaborate with sales teams to support promotions, exhibitions, and campaigns.

· Coordinate with design teams for creatives, packaging ideas, and promotional materials.

· Explore influencer marketing and partnerships to grow brand awareness.

· Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing or social media marketing (FMCG/Food industry preferred).

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and analytics.

· Creativity in content creation, branding, and campaign planning.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
