Marketing Executive - Property Portals

As a Marketing Executive in our Marketing department based in HSR Layout, Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing property listings on various real estate portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com, and others. Your primary objective will be to drive qualified leads by ensuring that the listings are optimized, engaging, and regularly updated. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals seeking to advance their career in real estate marketing, digital operations, and lead generation. Your key responsibilities will include generating quality leads through active listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and Housing.com, uploading, updating, and maintaining accurate property listings, ensuring visually appealing and keyword-optimized listings, monitoring analytics to identify trends and enhance performance, collaborating with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory details and experiment with different listing formats and features. Additionally, you will be required to maintain organized records of listing activities using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools while staying updated with real estate portal trends and best practices. We are looking for candidates with a Graduate degree in BBA, B.Com, or a related field, possessing strong attention to detail, proactive and self-motivated attitude, good communication skills, familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools, a combination of analytical thinking and creative experimentation, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
