Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Marketing Executive who can manage both marketing activities and business development. This hybrid role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns while actively contributing to lead generation, client outreach, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan and run digital and offline marketing campaigns Manage social media platforms and marketing content Generate leads through online research, campaigns, and networking Identify new business opportunities and support the sales funnel Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams for marketing collaterals Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activity Handle email marketing, paid ads (Google, Meta), and basic CRM updates Track campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Ads, CRM, and email platforms Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
