Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Branding:
• Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) to create awareness about hospital services.
• Manage social media presence, digital marketing, and hospital website updates.
• Develop brochures, posters, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Community & Corporate Outreach:
• Organize mental health awareness programs, workshops, and CSR activities in schools, colleges, and corporate organizations.
• Establish referral networks with clinics, general physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct tie-ups with corporates, insurance companies, and wellness centers.
• Patient Engagement & Relationship Building:
• Coordinate health talks, patient support groups, and events to build community trust.
• Collect and analyze patient feedback to improve hospital reputation.
• Strengthen relationships with patients and their families through effective communication.
• Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Support hospital management in achieving OPD/IPD revenue targets.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and suggest innovative strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Maintain database of referral doctors, corporate clients, and community partners.
• Track marketing ROI and prepare monthly reports for management.
• Work closely with clinical and operations teams to align marketing with hospital goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (mental health experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media campaigns.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Empathy and understanding of mental health sensitivity while promoting services.

Work Conditions:

• Full-time role with field visits to doctors, corporates, and institutions.
• Flexible to work on weekends for events/outreach programs when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,752.61 per month
