1-2 years of relevant experience in the agricultural Pumps or agriculture Pipe sector, with expertise in marketing. Experience in marketing of Farm equipment will be preferred.
As the Sales Executive for Borewell Submersible pumps for the Small Pump Business (SPB) vertical, You will be responsible for driving company sales & achieve the targets by sourcing new customers & dealers at required places and executing various Marketing Initiatives like Farmer meets, Mediators meet, Kisan Melas, Agriculture Body meets, Field demonstrations highlighting the USPs and Benefits of the Product. You shall be responsible for feedforward and feedback communication with the Farmers and related end users as would be required under Farmer/End User Relationship management system. They shall collect market intelligence related to Competitors, Farmers and related end users as would be required under the system. You will collect enquiries and/or orders and forward to the State head for conversion and execution. You will play a pivotal role between the Farmer and the related end user and the Organization.
- Connect directly with farmers and end customers to promote the usage of SPB products in the agricultural domain.
- Execute marketing programs and incentives that resonate with farmers, ensuring greater involvement with SPB Borewell submersible pumps.
- Champion the performance of SPB products by conducting Field demonstrations highlighting the USPs and Benefits of the Borewell submersible pumps.
- Ensure proper placement of SPB products at dealer and farmer levels.
- Regularly gather feedback from dealers and farmers regarding product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Understand the customers real need and provide the feedback to State head.
- Inform Farmers and related End users on Various schemes that are launched from time to time.
- Collect Competitor Information as prescribed.
- Collect Enquires and Orders as received from the Farmers and End Users
- Provide the Enquiries and Orders to the State sales head
- Problem-Solving, Trouble Shooting, Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge
