Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing Executive who can own and execute Ralsonics' digital presence, SEO-driven content, brand messaging, and marketing collateral development. This role is ideal for someone who understands technical content, digital marketing, and has a flair for visual storytelling and industrial branding.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Development

• Create SEO-optimized content for the company website, product pages, and landing pages.
• Write technical blogs, articles, newsletters, and industry case studies.
• Prepare content for marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, and PPTs.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Plan and manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule and publish regular social media content, graphics, and updates.
• Run basic paid ad campaigns on Google and LinkedIn (with agency support if needed).

3. Design & Visual Communication

• Design creatives using Canva or similar tools for digital posts, presentations, emailers, brochures, etc.
• Coordinate and execute machine photography and video shoots at the factory or client sites.
• Edit and organize photos, create visual assets, and maintain a digital media library.

4. SEO & Website Management

• Work with internal/external teams to manage SEO improvements (meta tags, content structure, etc.).
• Update website content, banners, and blog sections regularly via CMS (WordPress or similar).

5. Marketing Collateral & Event Support

• Create and maintain catalogs, product datasheets, and application brochures.
• Support trade shows, exhibitions, and customer demos with marketing material and coordination.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in an engineering or capital goods company.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Interest in industrial products and ability to grasp technical content quickly.
• Experience in managing website content using CMS platforms is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
