Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services.
• Build relationships with local doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and community health workers.
• Organize health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach events.
• Distribute promotional materials and manage branding at partner locations.
• Track marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align offline activities with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in offline/field marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the Patna market and local healthcare ecosystem.
• Ability to travel within the region for campaign execution.
• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
