Today, with a global presence in Dubai, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the USA, and the UK, Sphinx Adonis has successfully executed over 1000 projects across various industries and continents. **Job Responsibilities:** - Contact potential clients to establish rapport and schedule meetings. - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives. - Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities. - Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones. - Identify and develop new markets to enhance sales. - Develop quotes and proposals for clients. - Conduct field visits as required. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in business or post-graduate in marketing or a related field. - Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields within the event industry. - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex projects. - Excellent organizational skills. - Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Must be fluent in the regional language. - Freshers interested in sales and working in the event industry are encouraged to apply. - Owning a vehicle is preferred.
