Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the school’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase visibility.
Act as a counsellor for admissions, handling parent queries and guiding them through the admission process.
Conduct telecalling to generate leads and follow up with prospective parents.
Coordinate with the school team to organize events and activities for marketing.
Maintain proper records of inquiries, leads and admissions.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (Marketing/Business preferred).
0–3 years of experience in marketing, counselling or telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media handling.
Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to work in a school environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
