Marketing Executive (Dispatch)

As a Hospital Marketing Executive, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties. - Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers to build and maintain a referral network. - Ensure timely submission of bills to the TPA (Third Party Administrator) office. - Coordinate with TPA representatives for claim approvals and documentation. - Manage the dispatch of invoices, reports, and other documents related to patient services and TPA. - Maintain accurate records of dispatched documents and billing files. - Support the administrative team in handling marketing and billing-related paperwork. - Build and maintain relationships with external doctors and clinics to generate patient referrals. - Maintain a referral database and prepare reports on referral trends and source performance. - Monitor and analyze referral patterns to improve marketing strategies.
