  • Campaign Management:

    Execute digital (social media, SEO, email) and traditional campaigns, create content (brochures, blogs, videos).
  • Relationship Building (Trade Focus):

    Nurture ties with referral doctors, corporate HR, and community leaders, organize CMEs, workshops, and health camps.
  • Market Research:

    Analyze trends, patient feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Event Management:

    Organize exhibitions, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Monitor campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and report results to management.
  • Brand Management:

    Ensure consistent messaging and enhance hospital's brand presence.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA often preferred).
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the healthcare or hospital sector.
  • Skills:

    Strategic thinking, strong networking, digital marketing, content creation, communication, fieldwork, budget management.
