Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote BOS Natural Flavors products.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the BOS Natural Flavors brand image, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and promotional materials that support sales efforts.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers through various channels to build relationships and gather feedback.

Experience and Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the food industry.

Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
