Marketing Executive – Automation Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive with 2 years of experience in the automation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, generating leads, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting the sales team to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote automation products and solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives (SEO/SEM, email campaigns).
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support business development activities.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and newsletters.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional events.
• Maintain CRM database, track campaign performance, and prepare marketing reports.
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and ensure consistency in corporate communication.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of marketing principles in the industrial/automation sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO, Analytics).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
