Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Engagement Associate at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in balancing increased marketing complexity with diminishing resources. Your focus will be on driving marketing performance by leveraging deep functional and technical expertise to accelerate time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale. You will work with Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services to achieve these goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, track, and analyze direct marketing campaigns - Manage the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of results - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations - Demonstrate a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and technologies like Marketo Qualifications: - Adobe Marketo Engage - Certified - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Ability to perform under pressure - Agility for quick learning - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Commitment to quality In this role, you will be required to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. Your day-to-day interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management, your decisions will impact your own work and may also affect the work of others. You will receive moderate-level instructions on daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. As an individual contributor within a team, your scope of work will be focused. Please note that this role may involve working in rotational shifts. Integration projects with Marketo, nurture-based builds with Marketo, and training onshore and client stakeholders on nurture-based skills are mandatory aspects of this role.,
