Marketing Engagement Associate

As a Marketing Engagement Associate at Accenture, your role involves helping to balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. You will drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services. Your focus will be on Campaign Management, which includes planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing direct marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to evaluation of results. Your role may require a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and technologies like Marketo. Key Responsibilities: - Analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems - Interaction with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors - Limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management - Following moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments - Making decisions that impact your own work and may affect the work of others - Being an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work - Integration projects with Marketo (mandatory) - Nurture-based builds with Marketo (mandatory) - Training onshore and client stakeholders on the nurture-based skills (mandatory) Qualifications Required: - Any Graduation Please note that this role at Accenture may require you to work in rotational shifts.,
